2020 applications for Chokecherry:

Currently Chamber members have received and can submit their booth applications.
February 2020 Past vendors will receive and can submit their booth applications.
March 2020 Anyone can request and submit booth applications.

Chokecherry booths are 10’ wide and 10’ feet deep. Booths are set up in the street and all structures, trailers, merchandise, etc. must be within the booth space.
Booth costs are $85.00 (single side), $110 (two-sided) and $160 (three-sided kiosk).
Members of the LACC receive a $25 discount.

Booth prices will increase $10 if purchased after August 21st.
We cannot reserve specific booths without payment.
We will do the best we can to accommodate space requests, but booths are filled in the order payment is received.  Tables, chairs, tents are NOT PROVIDED.

If you require a trailer as part of your booth it MUST fit in your booth space(s) of 10’x10’.  Rent spaces accordingly!  If you are bigger than 10’x10’ you must rent two spaces.
Please DO NOT ENCROACH on your neighbors! If you encroach on your neighbor or another space, then you will be charged for an additional space.

If electricity is needed, you will have to make your own arrangements with the store behind your space or provide your own generator of electricity. If you are bringing a generator, please let us know prior to the day of the show!

Booth set-up begins at 6 AM
All vehicles MUST BE OFF the street by 8 AM
The festival ends at 5 PM.

It is NOT possible to set-up the night before.
Please do not tear down your booth prior to 5 PM – this is a safety hazard, not fair to other vendors and NO VEHICLES are allowed on Main Street prior to 5 PM.
Persons in violation of the safety of others or rules set-up for the festival may not be invited back in coming years.

THERE WILL BE NO BOOTH FEE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!
